Delivery & Returns

• There is a delivery charge of £2.95 for all orders
• There is also an option to pay for express delivery, this is £5.95.  Please note that your order will only be despatched when it is complete.  We will despatch your order to arrive within 1-3 business days once all items are ready to deliver.

RETURNS

• For details of how to return or exchange part or all of your order please email Davina at networkukuniform@btinternet.com
• We are happy to exchange or refund your order if the item is unworn, with labels attached and in original packaging - within 28 days of the purchase date.
• The cost of the return postage will be the responsibility of the customer.

FAULTY GOODS

• If your item is faulty we will either repair, replace or refund your item
• If your item has been damaged by excessive wear and tear we would not consider the item to be faulty, if we are in any doubt as to whether there is a fault we will consult the supplier of the product
