Delivery & Returns
DELIVERY
- There is a delivery charge of £2.95 for all orders
- If you need your order urgently please email as we may be able to arrange next day delivery for an extra charge
- Delivery to our participating schools during term time is available
- As soon as your order has been delivered to the school and is ready for collection we will send you an email.
- If you are out when we attempt to deliver your order we will leave it for you in a safe place, ready for your return.
RETURNS
- If you would like to return or exchange part or all of your order please send an email to: networkukuniform@btinternet.com and we will arrange this with you
- We are happy to exchange or refund your order if the item is unworn, with labels attached and in original packaging - within 28 days of the purchase date
FAULTY GOODS
- If your item is faulty we will either repair, replace or refund your item
- If your item has been damaged by excessive wear and tear we would not consider this items to be faulty, if we are in any doubt of whether there is a fault we will consult the supplier of the product
