In the event that an error occurs in the description or price of goods, the UK Uniform reserves the right to either cancel the order or supply the item at the correct price. UK Uniform reserves the right to refuse to supply any orders for whatever reason.
Making Payment
UK Uniform accepts most credit and debit cards. Your card details are encrypted for safety on a secure server and are then securely transmitted to our order processing department. UK Uniform also accepts UK cheques (please complete the checkout and then forward your payment to us by post). Cheque should be made payable to Network UK Uniform Limited.
Returns & Exchanges
In the unlikely event that you are not totally satisfied with your purchase please return your item to us for an exchange or refund. Returns should be within seven working days after the day on which you received the goods. The item must be unworn with the labels still intact and must be returned in saleable condition. Should you wish to return your order the following procedure should be followed:
1. Please contact us via email ukuniform@btopenworld.com or telephone 0208 783 0808 to advise us that you wish to return your order and state the reason why. Please supply your order number.
2. You can either return your order to us at 99 Walton Road, East Molesey, Surrey KT8 0DR or to the participating school from which you collected it. Please let us know when you have dropped your return to school.
3. Once we have received your return we will refund your account accordingly.
